First of all, the ...

First of all, the rooms are clean. The facility is clean. Gave rooms 4 starts because of the very loud upstairs neighbor. Perhaps this was on the neighbor and not the building? Service is 3 starts because THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE BREAKFAST, as it says it does on Google. Location is pretty good too, because guess what, you are in downtown Monterey.
