The four-course meal includes a glass of champagne; a Chef's selection of tapas, octopus chowder, or baby winter greens salad; a choice of one Paella entree; and a Spanish inspired house-made dessert of hazelnut chocolate bar with house churned ice cream.

Blue Clay, a Monterey Jazz Festival High School All-Star Alumni Band trio, will perform 5pm-9pm. Blue Clay, the best of young jazz in Monterey County, features Aaron Georis (bass), Davíd Sanchez (keyboards) and Felix Diaz-Contreras (trombone). Blue Clay has performed at Estéban Restaurant many times in collaboration with the Monterey Jazz Festival.
