We value the creativity and vitality of dance as a contemporary art form. The Choreographers Showcase provides performance space for emerging and established artists to present their work, and introduces local audiences to cutting-edge choreography, usually only available in metro areas like San Francisco and San Jose. Artist Biographies Shany Dagan, originally from Israel, moved to NYC in 2013 to further her study of dance and musical theatre. She has trained with the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, attending the BDC Professional semester and the Circus warehouse Professional semester. Shany has performed in the National Tour of Christmas Wonderland, played Adella in the Little Mermaid at the Fireside Theatre, Danced with Le Grand Cirque and performed for HAL Cruise Line ships. In NYC, Shany has worked with RWS productions, and choreographed work for the Broadway Dance Center and AMDA. Over the years Shany has developed a passion for choreography, and enjoys exploring the roles
